Libyana Telecommunication Center

In the design of the project, which is located opposite the shipping port and on one of Libya's important transportation routes, the layout and functions within the headquarters were designed to adapt to Libya's local hot climate. The design, which consists of separate office and administrative buildings, aims to establish a relationship between the buildings and the road facades and the sea, while creating an inner courtyard open to common use, away from the noise and chaos of the main street on which it is located. In the design, the local architectural approach was consciously broken and a modern style design approach that would bring innovation to the region was developed with the concept of innovation brought by the main missions of the company. Facades, a common language unity was aimed between the blocks and the company's corporate colors were highlighted. Aluminum mesh and composite panels were used as materials. The composites, which start from the roof to the entrance eaves and create a wave appearance, are aimed to create a dynamic effect on the facade and at the same time draw attention to the building entrances. With the irregular slits created between the aluminum meshes, these slits are illuminated in the night view and create a different view. The area, which was formerly used as an open car park, has been reconstructed as a public space for company employees and visitors. In the landscaping, which is considered as a quiet resting place away from the chaos of the main street, the landscaping flooring was raised from the ground level and the existing car park was placed below the ground level. It is intended that the green areas extending linearly in the landscape area will form a different flooring in places and combine with water elements.
